On September 18, 2018 His Eminence Metropolitan Naum of Rousse arrived on a pilgrimage visit to Mount Athos.
He was accompanied by the leaders of the Balkan Athos Association. The Metropolitan was greeted at the port of Daphni in Mount Athos, then made an official visit to the Holy Kinot. Later, the bishop bowed to Pantokratoros monastery, Stavronikita and Milopotamo cell. On September 19, Metropolitan Naum served Divine Liturgy in the Xenophontos monastery, then made a pilgrimage visit to the monasteries of Simonos Petras monastery and Vatopedi monastery.
